Personal training is not just about exercise, it is also about about what you eat. You will not get results unless you are committed to both exercise and nutrition. To help you get started on a program to balance your lifestyle, there are several options for you to consider:
One-On-One Session
Whether it is for general fitness, weight loss or toning up, one-on-one sessions are the quickest, safest and most effective way to achieving your goals as your sessions are individually tailored to help you stay focused and motivated.
Buddy Session (2 people)
If you have someone you wish to train with, then Buddy Sessions are for you. Train with your friend, husband, wife, partner, next door neighbour or work colleague for a little extra motivation.
Small Group Session (3 to 5 people)
Training in a small group is an affordable, fun and motivating way to get fit. The groups are kept to a maximum of 5 people so that all fitness levels and goals can be accommodated.
Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment (which includes body fat %, blood pressure, girth measurements, strength test and aerobic capacity test) will be conducted in your first session and you will be re-assessed every eight weeks. Regular assessments keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
Swedish Massage
Most people know that for optimal health and well-being you need to balance body, mind and spirit. There are many things in our lives today that can cause us both physical and mental stress, which can lead to insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, muscle tension and pain, short temper and headaches. A Swedish Massage can take all these problems away from you.
If you exercise regularly, a Swedish Massage can also facilitate blood flow, which aids recovery.

SOCIAL EVENTS
Social events (currently kayak days and organised fun runs) are designed to keep you active on the weekends (when it's so much easier to sleep in) and can compliment your training regime. They can also be a great way to meet other people.
Kayak days are held on the last Sunday of each month and is a fantastic way to explore Sydney from a different perspective. No experience is required and you're more than welcome to bring a friend along. We paddle for around 2 hours (including a short coffee break) and the cost of kayak rentals are generally $30-$40 for a single kayak or $50-$70 for a double kayak. As we head towards summer, kayaking may be replaced with paddle boarding.
Fun runs are perfect for anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their health and fitness. They can keep you motivated (via goal setting) as you need to train consistently leading up to the event.
For more information on the kayak days and other social events, please email me at info@AndrewHo.com.au or refer to the page.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A gift voucher makes an ideal present for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas and for other occasions to say you care for a friend, family member or business associate.
This is a great idea to help someone become motivated to start a fitness regime and get into a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes the hardest part of a fitness program is actually getting started. A gift voucher is a fantastic way to get someone you care about underway. It's a non-intimidating and non-threatening way for them to experience the positive benefits that regular training can bring.
Note: Gift vouchers may be transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash.
